1. Who we are
AI Social Seed ("AI Social Seed", "we", "us") operates the website aisocialseed.com and provides digital marketing services to businesses worldwide. By using this website or ordering a service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our services
- AI promo video packages — short promotional videos produced for your business, sold as one-time Trial packs and monthly Standard and Premium plans.
- Growth Store services — social media growth services (such as followers, views and engagement) delivered to public links you provide.
- Seed University — a directory linking to free courses offered by third-party providers. Those courses and any certificates from them belong to their providers, not to AI Social Seed.
- Services in development — parts of our ecosystem (such as AI agents and call-centre systems) are offered as pilots or roadmap items and are only binding when confirmed in a written order.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars; amounts displayed in other currencies are approximate conversions for guidance, and PKR pricing applies to Pakistan orders as shown. An order is confirmed when payment is received through our payment gateway or another method we agree in writing. Payment card details are processed by the payment gateway — we never see or store your full card number.
4. Delivery
All services are delivered digitally. Delivery timelines are confirmed for each order; a free first sample video is offered before any paid video package. Monthly plans deliver the agreed number of videos and services within each paid month.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide only public links to your profiles, pages and posts. We will never ask for your social media password, and you must not send it.
- Make sure you have the right to use any text, images, logos or footage you give us.
- Keep your account public while a Growth Store order is being delivered, where the service requires it.
6. No guaranteed results
Marketing results vary by business, platform and market. We do not guarantee sales, enquiries, reach, follower retention or any specific outcome, except delivering the services described in your order. Growth services may be affected by platform changes outside our control; refill or cancellation applies only where the individual service states it.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for unlawful content, fraud, spam, or for accounts or content that violate the rules of the relevant platform. We may refuse or stop an order that breaches this section.
8. Intellectual property
Videos we deliver for your paid order are licensed for your business's own marketing use. Our website, branding, tools and templates remain the property of AI Social Seed.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or changes made by third-party platforms to your accounts.
