Your first sample video is free. There is nothing to refund and no obligation to continue.
AI promo video packages
- Before production starts: full refund.
- After production has started: refund of the undelivered portion, less the value of work already completed.
- After delivery: we first offer revision within the scope of your package. A refund applies only if we cannot deliver substantially what your order described.
Monthly plans (Standard & Premium)
- You may cancel at any time using the contact buttons below. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not cancel the current paid month, which continues to its end.
- Amounts for a month in which services were delivered are not refundable. If we fail to deliver a month's agreed services, that month is refunded or credited — your choice.
Growth Store services
- If an order cannot be started (for example, an invalid link or an unavailable service), it is refunded in full.
- If an order is partially delivered, the undelivered portion is refunded proportionally.
- Completed orders are not refundable. Where a service states a refill guarantee, refill is provided under that service's terms instead.
- Orders placed with a wrong or private link that cannot be corrected are not refundable once delivery has begun.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method wherever possible, processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Gateway and bank processing times may add a few days beyond that.
